PAYMENT INFORMATION

Credit card numbers entered on our website are securely processed through Moneris. We also offer PayPal and E-Transfer as an alternative payment option.

DISCOUNTS & COUPONS

Bulk items, and other specially priced items are already discounted and will not be eligible any other discounts or coupons.

SHIPPING POLICY

When free shipping is selected, shipping methods are at the sole discretion of Mediame. Most orders will ship same or next business day.

RETURN POLICY

We at Mediame strive to provide the highest in quality control, and we offer a comprehensive 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy.

To return an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery for full instructions. After 30 days, returns or refunds shall be at the sole discretion of Mediame.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If your item(s) arrived damaged or broken, please send clear photos taken in good light for every product affected.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has shipped, please call us prior to accepting the package. When it arrives, please refuse it, unopened. Once we receive the unopened package, we will arrange a refund, deducting all shipping costs.

A replacement product or a credit card refund may be issued if requested and if Alpha Extracts Online agrees to said request. No refund will be made for the initial shipping/handling costs. Price adjustments will be made to volume discounts affected by partial order returns. Returns are normally processed within three weeks from the date of request or receipt of returned merchandise whichever is later.

Alpha Extracts Online 30-day guarantee, as stated herein, shall be the purchaser’s sole remedy for any damages that may result from the transactions to which this Return Policy applies. In no event shall Alpha Extracts Online be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages as a consequence of transactions to which this Return Policy applies.
